10 Places I Want to go Before I Turn 16: #10 New York City
As we approach the last blog post in the series, I look back on all the places and things that I’ve done or want to do. During this last post, I will be talking about a place that I have wanted to visit for most of my life, New York City.
Now if the pandemic had never happened, I probably would’ve visited by now, but hopefully I will be able to visit soon. My dad has gone numerous times, but since he always goes for work trips, I never really get to go.
I have said for years that if I could go to NYC during any point of the year, I would go in December. Just being able to be there and see the giant Christmas tree, or go ice skating at Rockefeller Center would be awesome.
However, I want to go so bad that I would go any time of the year. If I went in the spring or fall, I would be able to spend a day in Central Park and Visit the restaurants and food carts that make the park special.
I am very hopeful that my convincing skills are good enough to convince my parents that we should visit by the end of the year, but if not, I will definitely make it to New York City by the time I graduate.
